SKI FITNESS ASSESSMENTS

Pre season offer for Nov and Dec - £65 for 1 hour specialised physiotherapy assessment.

Prepare your body for the challenges of skiing. A full assessment will identify any problems and decrease the risk of injury and fatigue, ultimately improving your performance.

The assessment will cover.

• Full biomechanical assessment
• Muscle imbalances testing
• Flexibility
• Joint assessment
• Dynamic core control

Following your assessment you will be provided with a summary. Based on this you will be able make an informed decision as to how to progress your individual ski fitness programme and maximise your results.

When required we are able to make fast referrals to the following

• Ski fitness trainer and Instructor
• Further physiotherapy
• Orthopaedic consultants
• Brace fitting
• Ski boots assessment
• Expert snow equipment consultations

As of Jan 2008 assessments will be £80.00 per hour.
