Personalised programs to enhance sports technique and decrease injury risk.

Initial sessions involve screening for injury, exercise and ski history followed by a postural analysis and a discussion of goals for the exercise program.

A ski movement assessment is carried out using exercises and ski training equipment. This highlights movement patterns and muscle groups that require specific training.

Some exercises are slow and controlled to identify the efficiency of stabilizing muscles, while others are dynamic resistance based to assess the strength of snow sports muscle groups.

A customised program to lift your snow sport to the next level will progress through exercises to challenge and fine tune skills. Developed according to your goals and lessons booked.

*Ski Assessment packages include picture programs for reference and home use.
