    Snow Sports Workshops

    Dynamic exercises to assess, train and challenge essential skiing muscles and movement patterns.

    Progress through ski lesson skills to combine stability with strength, flexibility and balance, or performance and injury prevention.

    Personalise your pre-ski training with advice on home programmes.

    Ski-Fit Circuits

    Classes using ski training and Pilates equipment for resistance exercises.

    Circuit are based on ski progressions and techniques to challenge balance, rotation and lateral movements.

    Private instruction: 1:1 and 1:2

    A series of private lessons for individualised feedback to enhance movement and skill development.

    Pre-ski package

    Customised fitness program based on results from a specialized physiotherapy assessment. With a corrective focus, exercises are progressed for performance and technique improvement.
