SPECIALISED SKI FITNESS TRAINING

Snow sports specific, rehabillitation, and general programmes are tailored to individual needs of each client. Based on improving muscle weaknesses, efficiency and ski specific skills for optimal results on the snow. Private and group sessions are available at selected locations in London.

    • Classes using ski training equipment and unique functional ski exercises
    • Circuit based or ski progression structure of classes
    • Individualised technique tips relating to correcting movement faults and skill development.

    Ski Conditioning Classes

    • One hour mat based exercise classes with a maximum of 10 people.
    • Targeting specific skiing muscle groups with functional strengthening or flexibility.
    • Progressions through ski lesson skills and movements improving muscle memory.
